Hints

• You have also received a direct link to online check-in via email, with which you do not have to fill out the above fields and can go directly to online check-in.
• Some e-mail programs add a line break or a space to the direct link, which means that it no longer works and you end up on this page. Please make sure that you copy the complete link and remove any line breaks or spaces.
• You can use the ILOCA booking number from your booking confirmation or the reservation number that you received from your booking portal (Booking.com / Airbnb / Expedia / ...) as the booking number.
• Online check-in must be completed separately for each room. If you have booked several rooms, you can return to this page after a successful online check-in and re-enter your data in order to be able to check in the next room.
• Please enter your last name exactly as you entered it when booking. If you are an employee of a company, you can also try the company name.
